With soft pink colour, our Rosè has enveloping and savory taste, vivid minerality balanced by a soft creaminess. The faint and persistent perlage highlights the typical freshness of the Sorbara wine. At the nose the Rosè presents red fruits combined with a delicate complexity derived from the sparkling wine-making process, rich in refined varietal scents typical of this vine variety.

The spearhead of our winery, VENTIVENTI ROSE' is a 100% sparkling wine produced with Sorbara grapes that enhance the freshness and minerality characteristic of this vine. Lambrusco Sorbara is widespread mainly in the province of Modena and has the ideal characteristics for sparkling wine making as it is characterised by a marked acidity and delicate aromas.
