The denomination of Pignoletto Doc is typical of the Colli Bolognesi, but over the years it has reached the province of Modena and consequently also our winery. Also in this case, as for all our wines, we have tried to offer our own interpretation: through sparkling wine making we obtain a very light coloured wine with some greenish reflections and we file the bitter note that usually characterizes this type of product. Our Pignoletto was born to follow the fundamental values that have led us to the realization of our reality, it is a wine to be enjoyed in company, which can bring young people, but not only, to local wines.
