Ricanto is a still rosé from Emilia i.g.t produced 100% with Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes. The choice to make a Lambrusco di Sorbara wine in still wine represents the bet of our winery from day zero. There are memories, traces of trials and attempts of still wines from Sorbara dating back to about 20 years ago that have been completely abandoned. We, on the other hand, having the sparkling wine base in the cellar, have decided to abandon ourselves to creativity. Thanks to our young team, full of desire to get involved, we decided to embrace this new project with open arms.
